Home renovations in Dandenong & across Melbourne
Kitchen, bathroom and home renovations in Dandenong and across Melbourne. One team plans, builds, makes the joinery, lays the floors and does the final clean – with a fixed written quote.

One team, one quote, one point of contact
Most renovations go wrong in the gaps between trades. At ATOP your project manager coordinates everything – demolition, plumbing and electrical trades, waterproofing, tiling, our own custom cabinetry, flooring from our own showroom and a builders clean at the end.
Because we make the joinery and supply the flooring ourselves, you get better prices and fewer delays than when every part is ordered from someone else.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Melbourne?
Industry price guides (October 2026) put a budget flat-pack kitchen at about $12,600–$26,000, a mid-range kitchen with semi-custom cabinets and a stone benchtop at about $26,000–$47,000, and premium custom kitchens from about $47,000. Size, layout changes, appliances and finishes make the biggest difference. We give a fixed, itemised quote after a free site visit.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Melbourne?
Current Melbourne guides put a basic bathroom at about $10,500–$21,000, mid-range at about $21,000–$37,000 and premium from about $37,000. Ensuites with the same layout are usually $15,750–$31,500. Moving plumbing, tile choice and fittings drive the price.
How long does a renovation take?
A kitchen usually takes 4–8 weeks on site once the design is signed off. A bathroom usually takes around 3–5 weeks, including waterproofing cure time. We give you a timeline with your quote.
Are you a registered builder?
Yes. In Victoria, domestic building work over $10,000 must be done by a registered builder under a major domestic building contract. Builders are regulated by the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). Our registration and insurance details are listed in the footer of this site.
Is waterproofing included in a bathroom renovation?
Yes. Wet areas are waterproofed to the National Construction Code (AS 3740) by qualified trades, and you receive the certificate at handover.
Can you renovate on a tight budget?
Yes. We can refresh instead of rebuild – new doors and benchtops, new flooring or a cosmetic update – and because we make cabinetry and supply flooring in-house, we can keep costs down without cutting corners.
Do you renovate offices, shops and rentals?
Yes. We do commercial fit-outs, rental and investment property updates, and can work after hours or between tenants to keep downtime short.
